I started googling all the error codes in the stop error 0x00000124 array and found a MS KB article that talks about a processor being unstable and throwing a BSOD when it was overclocked.

OK I have found a REAL fix for those of you experiencing crashes with 3d Studio Max 2010 and windows 7 or (XP even) that the other fixes didnt help. The other ADSK products are all working fine here too.ĭoes anyone have some kind of idea what the problem/solution might be?Īutodesk just keeps talking about that "W7 is still a moving target."
